1. Delivery Someone must be at your delivery address to recieve your parcel between 8am and 6pm. Goods must be in stock. Please note that orders are sent by Royal Mail. Orders placed after 12.30pm during the week or at weekends are processed and despatched the following working day. UK orders placed before 12.30pm are despatched the same working day. Cross Border Laws . We do not accept liability for any item(s) seized by customs due to any law or regulation prohibiting the item(s) into the country. No orders are processed or shipped on weekend days. You will be charged again for re-delivery where your parcel has been returned to us. Guarantee definition: In the unlikely event of a late delivery we will give you a proportionate refund of carriage costs in accordance with our general terms and conditions.

2. Our Products Pricing The prices listed on Chris Bone’s web Site are current at the time at which they are displayed and are subject to change at our discretion. Product Availability Many of the items we sell are always available. We do however, update our web site to reflect out of stock conditions, but it is possible that an item you purchase at The Chris Bone Web site is on order. In the event one or more Products you have ordered are temporarily unavailable, Chris Bone will ship the currently available Product(s) and will cancel the remainder of your order. Chris Bone reserves the right to make changes to it's pricing to reflect changes in market supply. We endeavour to make the customer aware of any changes as soon as it is possible.

3. Returns Any item(s) that you believe to be unsatisfactory will be replaced or refunded upon your request, as long as you return the goods to us within 10 business days of having received your order. We strongly recommend inspecting your products immediately, to ensure that you are completely satisfied. If for any reason you receive a product that you feel does not meet Chris Bone’s high quality standards, please contact us the same day you received the shipment, and we will be more than happy to resolve the issue.

4. Depatch & Cancelling an Order Orders are despatched within 3 days of order. Please call to Modify or Cancel order before 9:00 am on the day of despatch. Orders cannot be cancelled once your order has been despatched. If we are able to cancel your order and you have paid using PayPal there will be a cancellation charge.

5. Privacy Guarantee We know how important your privacy is to you, so rest assured, Chris Bone will not share any of your personal information with any third party without your consent.

6. Credit Card Security Guarantee Chris Bone utilises industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our Web site cannot be read in the event someone else intercepts it.

7. The contract between us We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

8 Our right to refuse your order 2.1 We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order for any reason including, without limitation and whether or not payment has been received by us, if: 2.1.1 we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; or 2.1.2 one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. 2.2 If we do refuse your order we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

9. Colour and Print Rendition The prints may vary in colour from your screen.Chris Bone reserve the right to change the printing process at any time at our discretion.

10. Force Majeure Whilst every effort will be made to meet customers' demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other cause beyond the control of Chris Bone
